Steel twin screw motor vessel assembled in 1998 by Howaldswerke-Deutsche Werft, Kiel, from a bow constructed at Rendsburg; stern sections from Bremerhaven and Helsinki and mid-sections and engines built by HWD (Yard No. 328) for Peter Deilmann-Reederei. Launched January 16th 1998.

History

January 16th 1998: Launched.

May 11th 1998: Delivered to Peter Deilmann Reederei, Neustadt, Holstein, Germany. She was christened the same day Döpt samma dag, samt en gästkryssning gjordes.

May 13th 1998: Exhibition visit to Hamburg.

May 16th 1998: Maiden cruise from Kiel to Norway.

1998: Rebuilt with extra cabins.

May 1999: First overhaul with HDW, Rendsburg. Some alterations by law and rebuilt with additional cabins
